2DMS Picture is a free online photo editor with no ad tracking, allowing you to edit, crop, and export images directly from a web browser.

3. Access to the Service
- The service is free to access for anyone with an internet connection.
- Optimal performance requires a recent, HTML5-compatible browser.
- The service is available on computers, tablets, and smartphones.
4. Operation
Images are processed locally in the user’s browser. No image data is transmitted to our servers.
5. Personal Data
2DMS Picture does not collect personal data for advertising purposes. The only data processed concerns audience measurement via self-hosted Matomo, configured to respect privacy (IP anonymization, Do Not Track compliance, no third-party cookies).
6. Responsibilities
- The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of information but does not guarantee the absence of errors.
- The service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to force majeure.
- The publisher is not responsible for how users make use of processed images.
7. Intellectual Property
The elements constituting the site (texts, logos, graphics) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

Links to third-party websites may be included. The publisher has no control over these contents and disclaims any responsibility for them.
